I know, I know! Many will robustly argue that the online way is the way to go and that this is all in the name of technological evolution! But whatever happened to not leaving anyone behind?
For whereas indeed this is technological evolution, many of us are being either purposely left behind in the dust or we are simply being forgotten! I am simply out of patience when it comes to someone telling me to go online and when I say that either the app or the website is unusable or inaccessible I am being told that someone can help me!
No, no! This response is simply unacceptable! It is rude and it is disrespectful! It is condescending and it is downright ignorant! I can excuse those who innocently provide this response because they are only trying to help but I cannot excuse those who either refuse to provide more usability and more accessibility because they should either know better or simply do not care!
I can only urge those consumers and customers who believe that they are being affected by the above to please raise your voices now! Raise them loud and strong for if you do not you are only going to be left behind in the dust with little to no hope of ever coming out of it!
