Before you say no or turn thumbs down on these suggestions; consider these thoughts.
You can definitely increase your revenue and reduce both your internal and external costs and here’s how.
Take it from me! I have been an accessibility awareness consultant and advisor since 1998 and I continue to help companies to increase their revenues, reduce their costs, and reach hidden consumer markets!
Now as a sight loss coach I am helping consumers with sight loss to become more aware of their environment and their requirements, and this is helping companies to have a better understanding of how they need to plan and execute their initiatives.
One of the most important things to keep in mind is that fall travel is going to be more popular this year because of less pandemic restrictions and with this in mind, here are some suggestions for you:
- Seniors and travelers with disabilities will be looking for travel and trips that offer as much pandemic protection as possible despite the lifting of many Pandemic restrictions.
- Airlines, railways, bus companies, cruise companies, cruise ships, hotels, and restaurants should take note of this.
- Seniors and travelers with special needs and disabilities would require additional assistance at airports, on board aircrafts and cruise ships, at hotels and restaurants, and at bus depots and train stations.
- Travel agents need to keep up to date on requirements for entry into countries in order to better serve the traveling public; especially to those groups mentioned above.
This should be a good start for you.
Happy travels!
