On September 21st, Donna was invited to address the AGM of the Victoria Disability Resource Centre. The focal point of her presentation was to share her experience with regard to Charter challenge to the Canadian Government.
Donna described her journey in detail, commencing with why she launched her Charter challenge, the landmark victory, and her fight for the kids of the future.
