On December 1st, Donna Jodhan was interviewed by the National Research Council of Canada.

The interview focused on whether or not Canadians with disabilities were being consulted when it came to collaborating with both Federal and Provincial governments on Covid-19.

Donna expressed her concern that alas! It did not appear that Canadians with disabilities were being consulted and that they appeared to have been and are continuing to be excluded from collaboration at Covid-19 tables. Donna provided some specific examples; a lack of inclusion at the provincial level and very little communication between Canadians with disabilities and various departments of the Federal Government.

The National Research Council confirmed that they had been hearing similar sentiments from other individuals.
