8 years ago on Jan 13 2011, the Federal Government appealed the decision that was handed down in the lower Court re the case of Jodhan versus the Federal Government over their inaccessible websites.
They would lose their appeal in 2012 but what is most interesting is that fast forward to today and now the Federal Government is working with both individuals and organizations for and of persons with disabilities to pass legislation for an Accessible Canada Act. We have definitely come a very long way!
