Hello everyone!
Each month I will be responding to a question chosen from a pool of some of the most commonly asked ones that I have been asked over the years and continue to be asked.
This month, I’d like to answer the following question:
Using Taste to Help with Accessibility
When it comes to the sense of taste, I am thinking that those of us with that extra ability to use this sense can certainly use it to be creative in career opportunities. How so?
Well! Let us think of those food companies who depend on their tasting staff to help them develop flavours that are exciting, different, unique, and yummy! Who are they? In short, any type of food company from snacks to foods and from any and everything.
Any food company looking to get a leg up on their competition will hire those with those extra special abilities for the sense of taste and these tasters most likely reside among those with a vision impairment.
Check it out and see what you think.
