Snow-Covered Trees and Snow Crunching Underfoot

Trust me when I tell you that the combination of snow-covered trees along with snow crunching underfoot is a very lethal combination for anyone seriously looking to wake up the mind and the imagination.

Here’s how I get this lethal combination to work:

Just imagine all of those tall stately trees clothed majestically in pure white. They stand tall and unmovable. Their branches are all dressed in white. And even the bushes around are also decked off in pure white. They are not going anywhere and will be at your beck and call for as long as it is a freezing winter’s day.

How does this help to wake up the mind and imagination?

Just the stark beauty alone is simply enough and if you want to enhance this experience then just go out there and let your fingers do the rest. Run your finger tips along the lower branches and the trunk of the tree. Allow your body to feel that cool refreshing jolt as you do this! Just enjoy as you begin to think, recharge, refresh, and regurgitate!

Now, add the sound of snow crunching underfoot. Listen to the echoing sound as you walk through snow that crunches under your feet.

I use this strategy every year and I allow my senses of sight and hearing to do the rest.

Give this a try and see what you think!
