Dreams of a Sandy Beach
For this month, I am going to introduce a strategy with a bit of a twist. That is, I am going to ask you to use your imagination with this one. This is because so many of us do not live close enough to a sandy beach, and there are many of us who have probably never had the good fortune to be close enough to one.
So let’s dream of a sandy beach. This strategy continues to work for me at this time of the year.
Let’s put it all together now: Cool golden sand under your toes or warm white sand would also suffice. Think of a lovely blue ocean in front of you with a surface as smooth as glass. Think of those white capped waves breaking gently against the beach. Think of white lace as the foam of the waves spreads itself around you. Then there are crabs running along the beach. Dogs out for walks. Palm trees swaying gently in the background and deck chairs filled with sun bathers. Look now into the ocean and spot the swimmers and surfers. Then look further out and get ahold of those fishing boats. And there is more! Pleasure sea crafts, yachts, small ships, and o yes! Jet skiers and water skiers!
