I know! So many little girls around the world were desperately hoping that Hillary Clinton would be the next President of the United States but alas! It was not to be and I guess that a safe and political response would be to say that maybe and just maybe it was not meant to be this time around.
This does not mean to say that our little girls should just give up. No, not at all! This is the beauty of dreaming for what it is worth. Sometimes dreams do not come true first time around but when they do they are cherished and keepers for life.
Mrs. Clinton dreamed and she almost realized it but now it will be someone’s turn to try again in the future and you know what? This time around that dream would probably come true when we least expect it!
There is absolutely nothing wrong in aspiring to reach the top! Yes indeed! Had Mrs. Clinton won then she would have become the most powerful lady on Earth! President of the most powerful country in the world!
So little girls! Keep on dreaming! Do not give up hope! Follow your dreams and aspirations and one day sooner than later you’ll realize them! And before you know it? You would have shattered a very high glass ceiling!
