Section: Mystery of the month:

This month, I'd like to whet your appetite with a brief description of one of my episodes of my audio mysteries that I have chosen for you.

This one is called "Diary of a Parisian Priest" and here is a brief description.

Fr Stephan Paridis had been a very well liked Parish Priest. He was kind, generous, and always had time for his parishioners. Yet, there was someone who hated him enough to have killed him in cold blood while he slept. The goodly priest had started to criticize big business and certain governments before he was killed. Could any of this have played a part in his demise? Or was there something in his past that came back to bite him?

Who could have done it?

Was it Yannick LaBlanc - a parishoner?
Was it Pavel Sakarov - a Russian diplomat?
Was it Dominic Gatchel - a banking executive?

This mystery seems to revolve around a number of issues but truth be told there is a lot of intrigue to it and the real murder is not unmasked until the very end and the listener will be quite surprised to discover who really committed the crime and why!

You can purchase this audio mystery for the very affordable price of $2.49 U.S. Each of my audio mysteries costs $2.49 U.S and you can purchase an entire season of 13 mysteries for the very low price of $24.99 U.S.

Blow your horn and bang on the bonnet and this will surely get whatever is under there to simply scurry out!

Pro biotics, 1 a day vitamines, and low dose aspirins!

Okay, here are two basic and simple detoxification methods for you to check out.
The first is this. Pour 2 caps of apple cider vinegar into a 10 ounce glass of warm water.
Drink slowly.
Ideal time to do this is first thing on mornings.
The second method is to use the same 10 ounces glass of water but instead of vinegar you can drop some lemon wedges into the glass of warm water and drink first thing on mornings.

The flu, the flu!
Looks as if there is a strain of HN1 flu making its way boldly across North America.
The present flu shot may not be enough to protect yourself from this.

If you're seeking some hints to help you fight the flu:
Get as much sleep as you can.
Stay away from crowds.
Give up hanging out at coffee machines and wash your hands regularly.
Be extra careful with door knobs and wash your hands each time you handle one in public.
Of course there are many more hints but this is a good start.

What's this about cranberries?
Yes, cranberries are great to help with urinary infections.
They contain lots of anti oxidents!

Which three organs of the body need to be kept healthy in order to ensure that your body remains detoxified?
Well, the liver, the skin, and the kidneys.

Right then: when someone tells you that they usually walk five miles a day; how many kilometers is that?
Yes, eight kilometers.

Looking for a home grown remedy to help you sleep better at night?
Well; a cup of hot camomile tea and a teaspoon of honey thrown in for good measure would surely do the trick.

Dish soap, dish soap!
You can use it to clean your jewelry and even your hair brush!
Give it a try!

And speaking of dish soap!
You can use a combination of dish soap and vinegar to rid yourself of those pesky fruit flies.
Use these two ingredients to make a mixture and then place close to your fruits.

Eggs, eggs!
Loaded with lots of nutrients!
Protein, iron, and vitamin A!
