Tips from Author Jodhan

For October 2017:

How a dream can help you to recreate

Just imagine my surprise when I discovered this strategy and it came at me like a bolt of lightning. One minute I was dreaming and the next minute I was using my dream to rejuvenate my creative juices.

The thing to remember is this: One's dream does not necessarily have to be of a particular type in order to capture one's creative juices. It really does not matter; one's dream could be anything from sad to happy, joyous to delightful, or sombre to serious.

The trick is to be able to remember your dream, store it in your memory bank, and then use the memory to kick start your creative juices.

Too often, we tend to forget our dreams but whenever we can, we should be able to capture the memory of a dream even if it means waking up and taking a few moments to write down what we have just dreamed.

I urge you to go out there and give this strategy a chance.

Good luck now!
