Being energized through the sound of the sea

Not all of us may be able to take advantage of my tip for this month for those of you who are able to visit a beach; you would be amazed to know how you can use the sound of the sea to energize yourself.

Just think of it: Sitting or lying quietly on any given day. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to become immersed in the sound of the waves rolling towards the shore. The sound is just so unique, so relaxing, and so soothing.

There is nothing stopping you from doing this at any given time. At night as you lie in your bed waiting for the sand man to lead you into dreamland.

In the early morning as you wake up to the smell of the fresh sea air and there they are! Those waves rolling gently towards shore on a falling tide.

In the middle of the day as you sit on a quiet beach with the sun beating down on you and the waves are in the background. Or on a late afternoon as you walk on the cooling sand and all you can hear are those waves close by.

Trust me when I tell you that there is nothing better than a tonic of energizer coming from the sound of the sea. On your next visit to the beach, give this a try!
